Tottenham Hotspur still keen on Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar?

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly still interested in securing a deal for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.

Tottenham Hotspur may reportedly renew their interest in Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar during the January transfer window.

Jose Mourinho had been keen on the Slovakia international earlier this year but eventually signed Swansea City centre-back Joe Rodon.

However, reports earlier this week suggested that the Premier League leaders want to sign another player for that area of the pitch, preferably for less than £15m.

Nevertheless, according to Football Insider, Mourinho would prioritise the addition of Skriniar if a deal can be reached with Inter.

Although last season's Europa League runners-up will demand well in excess of £15m, the financial impact of the coronavirus may led to discussions being held at board level.

Skriniar has made just six starts and one substitute outing for Inter this season. body check tags ::
