Reports in Italy have indicated that Tottenham Hotspur could attempt to sign Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar.
Cesar's days at the San Siro appear to be numbered after Inter confirmed the signing of Samir Handanovic from Udinese but the Brazilian has insisted that he is willing to remain at the club.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that Andre Villas-Boas could make a bid for Cesar as an extra option, with Heurelho Gomes widely expected to leave White Hart Lane this summer.
Brad Friedel was the first choice goalkeeper for Spurs last season but Villas-Boas may be interested in the younger Cesar.
Lyon's Hugo Lloris has also been linked with a move to Tottenham this summer.
