Porto's Radamel Falcao has admitted that a move to Atletico Madrid would be a “great opportunity” despite Tottenham’s interest in the striker.
The 25-year-old, who has a release clause in the region of £42m, has attracted interest from the Londoners as well as Spanish outfit Atletico Madrid.
Since the departure of Sergio Aguero to Manchester City, Atletico have been in the market for a new frontman.
"Atletico are a great team with great support and it would be a great opportunity for my career," talkSPORT quotes Falcao as saying.
"Obviously all players think about going to play in England, Spain or Italy - anyone who says they don't is lying.
"I'm honest, my parents taught me that, and I would like to go and play in one of these leagues."
