Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa are reportedly at the head of the queue for Sampdoria attacker Mikkel Damsgaard.
The 21-year-old impressed for Denmark at this summer's European Championship, scoring twice and providing one assist in five appearances for the semi-finalists.
Damsgaard scored twice and registered four assists in 37 appearances for Sampdoria last season, meanwhile, and a number of clubs have been credited with an interest this summer.
According to Calciomercato, Tottenham and Villa are 'in first place' for the attacker, who is expected to leave his Italian club before the end of the transfer window.
The report, though, claims that La Samp want a fee in the region of €35m (£29.8m) for the Dane due to the growing interest in his services.
Juventus, AC Milan and Roma are also believed to be tracking Damsgaard, but Leeds United have seemingly cooled their interest despite being heavily linked with a possible move last month.
