England have confirmed that Dele Alli has suffered a slight thigh strain.
The Tottenham Hotspur star picked up the injury during the Three Lions' 2-1 victory over Tunisia in their opening Group G match in the World Cup.
It was a nervy end to the match as Gareth Southgate's men seemed destined for a 1-1 draw, but Harry Kane managed to score his second of the night in the 91st minute to nab all three points for his country.
After the final whistle, it emerged that Alli had picked up a thigh problem that required a scan.
Via England's official Twitter page, it was confirmed that the midfielder had suffered a strain, and will be managed by the medical team.
England will next play on Sunday when they face Panama in their second group match of the tournament.
