Partick Thistle have booked their spot in the last-16 stage of the Scottish Cup with a 2-1 win at St Mirren.
Chances were at a premium in the first 45 minutes of action as both teams struggled to make their mark in the final third of the field.
It was a similar story in the early stages of the second period, but the visitors took the lead just past the hour when Daniel Seaborne toe-poked a low effort past Jamie Langfield.
Seaborne had the chance to make it 2-0 four minutes later when he met a cross from Stuart Bannigan, but his header was off target.
The visitors had their second in the 73rd minute, however, when David Amoo bundled home from close range after Kris Doolan had hit the crossbar with a bicycle kick.
St Mirren had one back in the 88th minute through Keith Watson following a goal-mouth scramble, but St Mirren held on to reach the next round.
