Stoke City manager Mark Hughes believes that Peter Crouch will be able to reach 100 goals in the Premier League following his recent upturn in form.
The former England international has scored two goals in two games to take his top-flight tally to 86 since making his debut for Aston Villa in 2002.
Hughes has admitted that he did not realise the full extent of Crouch's ability until he started working with him.
"I have previously admired him from afar," Clubcall.com quotes Hughes as saying. "And working with him now I have to say his qualities are even better than I thought.
"I'd like to think he can make 100. He's an experienced player and 86 Premier League goals takes some doing. He's playing exceptionally well at the moment."
Crouch has also represented Southampton, Liverpool, Portsmouth and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
