Joe Allen reportedly has a clause in his Stoke City contract that will make him available for £25m this summer if a top-six Premier League club comes calling.
The in-demand Wales international is reportedly on the radar of five top-flight sides following the Potters' drop into the second tier.
Stoke will be helpless to prevent Allen from leaving the bet356 Stadium this summer, according to The Telegraph, as he has a complex clause which allows certain clubs to pounce.
Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Chelsea are all able to sign him for a cut-price fee, but the stipulation does not apply to Liverpool, who sold the 28-year-old for £13m two years ago.
West Ham United are understood to have had a £25m offer for Allen rejected in January.
