Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland has had four inquiries for his services ahead of a possible loan move, reports suggest.
Both Brighton and Nottingham Forest have asked about Butland, and Leeds United are interested in re-signing the 21-year-old keeper after he played there last season, according to The Sentinel.
Southampton are understood to have tested the water with an inquiry, but are the only Premier League side to have registered an interest.
The Saints are hoping that their case will be strengthened by the fact they have hired England goalkeeping coach Dave Watson, who worked with Butland at Birmingham City.
