West Ham United are reportedly keen on luring former player and Sunderland midfielder Kieran Richardson to Upton Park this summer.
The 27-year-old is expected to leave the Stadium of Light in the transfer window with the newly-promoted Premier League side currently the favourites to secure his signature, according to the Daily Star.
The former Manchester United playmaker, who began his career with the Hammers, has just one year left on his current deal with the Black Cats.
Reports have claimed that Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill will not stop Richardson from leaving the North East this summer.
