Swansea City defender Kyle Bartley has been ruled out for three months with a thigh injury.
The 21-year-old joined the club from Arsenal in the summer, and was expected to make his Premier League debut for the Swans against Aston Villa on Saturday.
However, the former Rangers defender is not expected to return to training until at least December.
Swansea currently sit second in the Premier League table.
