Swansea City midfielder Scott Sinclair has insisted that the players have not been affected by rumours regarding the future of their manager Brendan Rodgers.
Speculation has linked Rodgers with a number of jobs in the summer, including the hotseat at Tottenham Hotspur should Harry Redknapp opt to take over England.
That has coincided with a run of three defeats on the bounce for the Swans and a drop to 14th in the Premier League table.
However, Sinclair believes that nobody has been unsettled by the reports.
"We are just getting on with the job, we can't afford to think about where the manager is going to go in the summer, if he goes," he said. "He signed a new deal and the main thing is to listen to him and make sure we carry on as normal and keep playing our game.
"He is a great manager, he has changed this club and got us promoted in his first season. With all the things he has done he will get speculation about going to other places, but he enjoys it here.
"Players expect it. When you do well in the Premier League the spotlight is on you more than in the Championship."
Swansea travel to Queens Park Rangers tomorrow night.
