Swansea City are understood to have made a £3m bid for Middlesbrough striker Marvin Emnes.
The 24-year-old Dutchman scored 14 league goals last season as Tony Mowbray's side missed out on the Championship playoffs.
New Swans boss Michael Laudrup has now targeted Emnes as a possible new addition to his squad, according to Sky Sports News.
The former Netherlands Under-21 international moved to the Riverside Stadium from Sparta Rotterdam in 2008 for around £3.2m.
