Swansea City have reportedly made an approach for West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox.
The Republic of Ireland international, who has been linked with a switch away from the Hawthorns, has previously been touted as a potential candidate for Blackburn Rovers.
It now appears that new Swansea boss Michael Laudrup is keen to add the 25-year-old to his side for the coming Premier League campaign, according to Sky Sports News.
Cox made the switch to the Baggies in 2009 from Swindon Town.
