Swansea City have reportedly decided to make an approach for Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths during the January transfer window.
With Carlos Carvalhal having recently moved to the Liberty Stadium, the Portuguese is looking for a solution to the club's lack of goals in the Premier League.
Tammy Abraham and Wilfried Bony have netted just six goals between them and according to the Daily Mail, Carvalhal has set his sights on Griffiths.
The 27-year-old has enjoyed a stellar period at the Glasgow giants, with 95 goals being scored in 173 appearances in all competitions, but the Scotland international has been in and out of the first team this season.
Griffiths still has three-and-a-half years remaining on his contract, but Swansea are said to be ready to make a bid of £7m for his signature.
