Switzerland boss Vladimir Petkovic has insisted that his side have "respect" for England but do not fear Roy Hodgson's men.
The Swiss are in action against the Three Lions in their opening Euro 2016 qualifier for the first time since their exit from the World Cup in the second round against Argentina.
Petkovic told reporters: "It is a bit of a shift in roles. I like to be the favourite in a game, but the proof is on the pitch, on the field. There is still a lot of respect from the Swiss side towards the English. No fear but a lot of respect."
Petkovic's side take on England in their clash in Basel later today.
