Switzerland midfielder Granit Xhaka has claimed that his side deserves a place in the second round of the World Cup ahead of their crucial match against Honduras.
The Swiss must win in Manaus tonight and hope that Ecuador fail to beat France if they want to go through to the last 16.
"We have a better team and more quality than Honduras and I think we deserve to go through to the round of 16," Xhaka told FIFA.com. "We're utterly determined to make it, and we'll show it against Honduras.
"It's like a World Cup final. We have to fight and run for each other. We have to beat Honduras, and that's all there is to say."
Switzerland head into this evening's game on the back of a 5-2 defeat to France last Friday.
