Toronto FC are reportedly ready to make a big-money move for Juventus's Sebastian Giovinco, whose contract is to expire in June.
With Jermain Defoe completing his move to Sunderland from Toronto earlier this week, the MLS club are allegedly keen to offer Giovinco big wages to entice the forward to Canada.
Toronto are rumoured to have offered Giovinco a £4.5m annual salary to convince the 5'5" forward to move overseas, according to gianlucadimarzio.com.
Fiorentina and Bologna are reportedly keen to keep the Italian in the Serie A, but Tottenham Hotspur are also thought to be chasing the Juventus striker once his contract is up.
