Lyon have stormed to a 3-0 win against Toulouse in this afternoon's Ligue 1 clash at the Stade de Gerland, thanks in part to Alexandre Lacazette's brace.
The hosts opened the scoring when a through-ball by Nabil Fekir connected with Lacazette, who subsequently slotted into the bottom right corner.
The 23-year old doubled his side's lead just before the half-hour mark when he worked his way into the Toulouse box before firing another low shot past Ali Ahamada.
And the game was put to bed just after the restart when Rachid Ghezzal sent Fekir clear through on goal, the attacking midfielder powering forward and tucking the ball home.
The result means that Lyon leapfrog Marseille at the top of the league, while Toulouse hover just a point above the drop zone in 15th place.
