Middlesbrough defender Ben Gibson will reportedly remain at Tranmere Rovers until at least January.
The 19-year-old joined Rovers from the Championship club in the summer on a one-month loan and he has already made one appearance for the club.
According to Sky Sports News, the Englishman is keen to remain at Prenton Park until January.
Gibson has one England Under-18 cap to his name.
