Dundee United have rejected a bid of £1.6m from an unknown club for striker David Goodwillie.
United are thought to be holding out for £2m for the 22-year-old player, who scored 19 league goals last season.
Goodwillie had a rape charge against him dropped this week, sparking renewed interest from a number of clubs.
Rangers have had two offers turned down, while Blackpool are said to be monitoring the situation.
