Uniao Madeira and Arouca battled out a goalless Primeira Liga draw at the Centro Desportivo da Madeira.
With both sides failing to break the deadlock, visitors Arouca are now without a win in three games following a positive start to the season which consisted of victories against Benfica and Moreirense.
Uniao have now failed to win in their last four games, with their last three matches ending 0-0.
As a result, Arouca stand sixth in the Primeira Liga with two wins, two draws and a loss, while Uniao are now 12th with one win, three draws and one loss.
