Los Che boss Unai Emery has said that his side's preparation for their Europa League clash has remained the same, despite several changes to the Stoke City lineup.
Potters boss Tony Pulis has left the likes of striker Peter Crouch behind as the club travel to Spain to overturn a one-goal deficit after being beaten at the Britannia Stadium in the first leg.
"It might be that Stoke are looking at more speed up front," said Emery.
"Crouch has certain characteristics, he is difficult to stop. Our preparation for the game is the same without him to contend with. Jones and Walters are also powerful strikers.
"Their style is clearly defined. They are a difficult opponent."
Meanwhile, Valencia have secured their grip on third place in La Liga.
