Valencia goalkeeper Jaume Domenech has said that Gary Neville's arrival at the Mestalla has brought about an immediate improvement in the team's performances.
An inconsistent start to the campaign saw Nuno Espirito Santo lose his job at Los Che, with former Manchester United defender Neville taking control of the Spanish outfit until the end of the season.
Neville is still waiting for his first league win in charge, but Domenech has claimed that there is already an improvement in the team.
"This team will bring joy. The season is by no means finished and the team will fight," Domenech told Valencia Radio. "The team improved against Getafe, but they had two chances and scored twice. We got level but in the end we couldn't win, but it was the image we want to show."
According to a recent report, Neville will have to fight off interest from Tottenham Hotspur to keep Alvaro Negredo at the club beyond the end of the January transfer window.
