Valencia defender Ezequiel Garay has said that his team will look to take advantage of Barcelona's potentially fragile state of mind when Los Che visit Camp Nou in La Liga this weekend.
Barcelona are yet to lose a single league match this term, and would set a new La Liga unbeaten record if they avoid defeat against Valencia on Saturday afternoon.
The Catalan giants were incredibly dumped out of the Champions League by Roma on Tuesday night, however, as they threw away a 4-1 advantage to lose on away goals.
Garay is hopeful that Valencia can take advantage this weekend as the former Spanish champions look to move level on points with second-placed Atletico Madrid.
"We are aiming to get a victory at the Camp Nou, as we do in every game," Garay told Marca. "There is an idea that they will be damaged from their defeat and this could potentially disrupt their game on Saturday because defeats like that are very tough to take.
"We always look to take advantage of any situation which may benefit us but we are also know just what Barcelona are capable of and you have to respect that.
"We want to bring joy to our fans and secure another three points to continue in our current form. Also, we are very well placed to qualify for the Champions League positions and this is a vital part of our project."
Valencia have won 20 of their 31 La Liga fixtures during the 2017-18 campaign.
