Valencia defender Lucas Orban has called on his side to remain calm despite an excellent start to the new La Liga season.
Saturday's 3-1 win over Atletico Madrid moved Los Che onto 17 points, with that total from seven matches leaving them in second spot in the table.
Despite their lofty position, Orban believes that the team "must walk before it can run".
"It was a game in which we really showed our credentials, but I prefer to take it slowly – the team must walk before it can run," he told reporters.
"We've been showing how good we are in previous weeks and maintained the level of performance, so it's not a time to worry, but it's not a time to get ahead of ourselves either. Football is an unpredictable game and things can change quickly."
Valencia have scored 17 goals in the league this season and conceded just four times in the process.
