Roberto Soldado has committed his future to Valencia by agreeing a new contract with the Spanish club.
The Spanish striker has established himself as a key player for Los Ches since joining from Getafe in 2010.
Discussing the 27-year-old's impact on the team, club president Manuel Llorente was full of praise for the contribution that Soldado has made at the Mestalla.
"Roberto Soldado's performances have been fantastic - that is something that everyone has seen. However, his dedication, desire to take Valencia forward and his winning character make him a cornerstone of the team and an emblem for Valencianistas," Llorente told the club's official website.
Soldado's new deal will expire in the summer of 2017.
