Paco Alcacer has revealed that he wants to remain with Valencia "for many years".
The 21-year-old has been thrust into the limelight after scoring on his first Spain start in last night's Euro 2016 qualifier against Macedonia.
However, the striker has insisted that outside attention will not turn his head.
"Valencia has shown an interest in renewing my contract and I'd be delighted to do that. I'm very clear about what I want," Alcacer told reporters upon returning to training with his club.
"I want to stay here for many years, to enjoy many years of football with Valencia and I'm really grateful to the fans for all the affection they always give me."
Alcacer has already scored in the league for Valencia this season.
