Spanish outfit Valencia have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Vitoria de Setubal defender Ruben Vezo.
The 19-year-old, who is regarded as one of the brightest centre-backs in European football, has been linked with a number of clubs in recent weeks.
However, according to reports in Portugal, Valencia have stolen a march on their rivals, with the teenager landing in Spain this morning to finalise negotiations on a four-year contact.
Vezo is also expected to undergo a medical this week, but will not officially complete his move to the La Liga outfit until the winter transfer window opens in January.
