Wales winger Gareth Bale has caused controversy after he posed in a Team GB shirt.
The Football Associations of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are opposed to the idea of having a unified team for the 2012 London Games.
"Our position remains unchanged," Welsh FA chief Jonathan Ford told BBC Sport. "We are not for Team GB.
"Gareth can make his own choices and make his own decisions, but we are not going to stop anyone playing."
The shirt is for supporters only, with the official kit to be launched next year.
Bale has said that he wants to compete in the Olympics.
