Watford goalkeeper Jonathan Bond will complete a permanent move to Reading after rejecting a new contract at Vicarage Road, according to a report.
The 22-year-old's chances of Hornets first-team action have potentially been compromised after the club signed Giedrius Arlauskis from Steaua Bucharest, and Heurelho Gomes and Rene Gilmartin agreed new deals.
According to the Watford Observer, Bond has turned down a new deal at the promoted club that would have seen him loaned out, opting instead for a permanent move elsewhere.
The Watford academy graduate has made a total of 33 appearances for the club, 22 of them in the league.
