Watford have dipped into the loan market again to secure the services of Parma's Gianni Munari for the season.
The 31-year-old only made 11 appearances for the Serie A outfit last campaign after joining from Sampdoria.
It is the second player that Hornets manager Giuseppe Sannino has recruited from Parma on a temporary basis this summer, having struck a deal to re-sign Daniel Tozser on a two-year loan in July.
Munari will follow him to Vicarage Road subject to international clearance, and the midfielder could make his Watford bow in their Championship opener against Bolton Wanderers this weekend.
