West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel has dedicated the 2-1 win against Swansea City to the club's fans and players.
Despite going 1-0 down when Roland Lamah struck shortly after kickoff, the Baggies stood firm and goals from Stephane Sessegnon and Youssouf Mulumbu secured Mel's first win in charge.
"This win was for the fans and for the players because the players this week worked very hard and the fans were very kind to me today," he told BBC Sport.
"It was important we equalised early in the second half because confidence is a problem and it gave us the confidence to go on and win.
"Now we have 28 points and we have more confidence. We will be training with a smile on our faces next week."
West Brom, who play Hull City next weekend, are 16th in the Premier League table.
