New West Bromwich Albion manager Alan Pardew is reportedly planning to offload Grzegorz Krychowiak when the transfer window reopens next week.
The 27-year-old is halfway through a season-long loan from Paris Saint-Germain and is one of the Baggies' top earners, taking home wages of £100,000 every week.
According to The Sun, Pardew is set to cut short Krychowiak's time in the West Midlands and will use the savings on his wages to strengthen by bringing in other new players.
Albion are believed to have a severely-limited transfer budget in the winter window, forcing Pardew to get creative as he looks to save the club from relegation.
The Polish midfielder was absent from the matchday lineup for Saturday's 3-1 loss at Stoke City, a result that left the side 19th in the Premier League table heading into Christmas.
