West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis has insisted that Saido Berahino will not be allowed to leave The Hawthorns in a cut-price deal during this summer's transfer window.
The England Under-21 international is close to entering the final 12 months of his contract with the Baggies and it is understood that a number of clubs are closely monitoring developments.
Pulis, who is still hopeful that the 22-year-old will sign a new deal at The Hawthorns, has claimed that West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace 'does not do bargains'.
"I don't think my chairman does bargains. I know they're talking about it, but you come and work with my chairman - he doesn't do bargains," Pulis told reporters.
West Brom picked up a point in a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
