West Bromwich Albion defender Joleon Lescott has passed a medical at local rivals Aston Villa, according to a report.
The 33-year-old defender will join the Villans for a reported £1m after completing his medical, claims Sky Sports News.
The defender was allegedly deemed surplus to requirements at the Hawthorns following the arrivals of James Chester and, most recently, Jonny Evans.
If the move does go through, the former England international will become Tim Sherwood's 11th signing of the summer.
The defender made 34 Premier League appearances for Tony Pulis's side last season, registering one goal.
