West Bromwich Albion have reportedly pulled out of a club-record deal to sign West Ham United striker Diafra Sakho.
The 26-year-old was expected to join the Baggies this week after the two clubs reached a £16m agreement.
Sakho is understood to have also undergone a medical at The Hawthorns, only for the plug to be pulled by West Brom at the last minute due to unspecified concerns.
After spending the last two seasons with West Ham, in which he scored 15 league goals in 44 appearances, the Senegal international handed in a transfer request this summer and refused to travel on the clubs's pre-season tour.
Sakho's collapsed move casts further doubt on Saido Berahino's future, with the England Under-21s international's imminent £17m transfer to Stoke City also now thought to be up in the air.
