West Bromwich Albion have agreed a fee with Queens Park Rangers for the signing of attacker Matt Phillips, according to a report.
The Baggies, who were first linked with the 25-year-old last summer, will now reportedly look to finalise a £5.5m deal later this week.
QPR were said to be after £10m for the former Blackpool and Wycombe Wanderers man 12 months ago, but that valuation has now halved following a season out of the spotlight.
According to Sky Sports News, the two clubs have reached an agreement and it is down to the Scotland international to agree his own personal terms at The Hawthorns.
Phillips made 45 appearances for QPR in the Championship last season, finding the net on eight occasions.
