Belgian winger Yassine El Ghanassy has joined West Bromwich Albion on a season-long loan deal from AA Gent.
The Baggies also have the option to make the deal a permanent one at any stage over the next 12 months.
Discussing his latest addition, West Brom manager Steve Clarke believes that he has an "exciting" player at his disposal.
"He is an exciting, young prospect who will hopefully add something different to our squad," he told the club's official website.
"This is a big move for Yassine and we'll have to be patient with him as he settles into a new country and gets to grips with the demands of the Barclays Premier League.
"But we believe he has got the raw talent to make an impact here."
El Ghanassy has made two senior appearances for his country.
