West Bromwich Albion hope to sign Queens Park Rangers winger Matt Phillips by offering Jonas Olsson and Victor Anichebe in exchange, according to a report.
Tony Pulis is determined to capture the 24-year-old Scotland international, suggests the Daily Mail, who has started all five of the Championship side's fixtures this season, netting twice.
Defender Olsson, 32, has played every minute of West Brom's campaign so far, while 27-year-old frontman Anichebe made a substitute appearance in the club's opening-weekend defeat to Manchester City.
Phillips scored three Premier League goals in 25 appearances last season as the Hoops were relegated to the Championship.
The Baggies have made seven signings so far this season, recently landing Manchester United duo Jonny Evans and Anders Lindegaard.
