Besiktas have reportedly been informed by West Bromwich Albion that it will take an offer of £17m to sign wideman Nacer Chadli.
The Belgium international, who played a key part in his national side's third-place finish at this summer's World Cup, is expected to leave The Hawthorns before the transfer window closes for foreign clubs at the end of the month.
Turkish giants Besiktas are rumoured to be at the front of the queue for the 28-year-old, who was restricted to just two Premier League outings last season due to injury.
Despite their relegation to the Championship, RMC Sport claims that Albion will not sell for anything less than £17m, which could be out of Besiktas's reach.
West Brom have been tipped to move for Christian Atsu as a replacement for Chadli if a sale goes through.
