West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has admitted that his side need to turn chances into goals if they are to get themselves clear of the Premier League relegation zone.
Allardyce, whose side take on Chelsea on Saturday, said that nine goals in 11 league games is simply not good enough.
"In terms of our goals it's not that we're not creating chances but we're not converting them," BBC Sport quotes Allardyce as saying.
"Our chance conversion is among the worst and that has to improve."
West Ham's recent poor form has seen them slip to 16th in the Premier League table.
