Kevin Nolan reveals his disappointment with West Ham United's 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion.

West Ham United captain Kevin Nolan has admitted that the home draw against West Bromwich Albion was "disappointing" for his side's hopes of rising up the Premier League table.

The Baggies came from behind twice to claim a 3-3 draw at Upton Park, and although the result puts more pressure on manager Sam Allardyce, Nolan is confident that he is the right man to lead them away from danger.

"I'm disappointed, I think we dominated the first half," he told Sky Sports News. "I've played with Nicolas Anelka before, he has quality all over, that's what he does. The manager was brilliant at half time, he told us to calm down.

"That's the way our season has been going, quality goals scored against us. We have to stick together, it was another fantastic team performance. We deserved more today. I'm devastated we didn't get three points.

"Any of the six teams in trouble, if Sam is out of a job - they hire him to keep them up. The chairmen have been brilliant with him, they understand we've had injuries. We're all in it together. We feel we'll be in the Premier League come the end of the season."

The result keeps West Ham in 19th in the table.
