West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has hailed Kevin Nolan after the midfielder scored a hat-trick in their 4-2 win over Reading this afternoon.
Nolan's trio of strikes took his tally for 10 for the season, and Allardyce has lavished praise on the 30-year-old.
"In the opposition's box he has always been top class," Allardyce told the club's official website.
"It's another 10-goal haul in the Premier League. Finishing the season with a hat-trick has got to be thrilling for him, his family, the fans and everyone connected with West Ham. It was a thrilling performance and a [thrilling] game."
West Ham eventually finished 10th in the Premier League.
