West Ham have built on Saturday’s victory over Doncaster with a 4-0 win over Watford at Vicarage Road.
Defender James Tomkins opened up the scoring three minutes in with a header from inside the six-yard box, before Irish international Joey O’Brien made it 2-0 in the dying seconds of the first half.
Striker Carlton Cole added to his 32 West Ham goal tally with a shot from inside the box in the 70th minute, and the lead was extended in injury time by midfielder Scott Parker with a shot from outside the area.
