West Ham United equalised late on to leave Portugal with a 1-1 draw against SC Braga this evening.
West Ham started the game well but it was Braga who had the first shot, Custodio firing over from a good position.
The Hammers continued to look dangerous from wide areas but shots on goal were still missing until Ricardo Vaz Te fired a free kick well over the bar.
It was a fairly even contest but Braga were awarded a penalty for hand-ball and Lima made no mistake from the spot to open the scoring.
Braga were the better side until half-time and the sides went in at 1-0.
In the second half West Ham continued to pump crosses into the box and Modibo Maiga almost equalised but for a good save by Quim.
The rest of the second half was made up of substitutions and half-chances before late pressure from the visitors led to a goal from a corner, James Tomkins nodding down for Winston Reid to poke home and give the Hammers a draw.
