West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce has hinted that he will be given transfer funds to improve the squad at the end of the season.
The Hammers have impressed on their return to the Premier League, with 42 points leaving them in 10th position in the league table.
However, the former Bolton Wanderers manager has claimed that he is keen to freshen his side in the summer.
"To improve, we just need better players - it's that simple. We need to get a few more goals to get the points. We'll address that in the summer and hopefully we'll find some better players," he told reporters at a press conference.
