England goalkeeper Robert Green is looking for a new club after being released by West Ham United.
The 32-year-old was expected to stay at West Ham after they gained promotion to the top flight with a play-off victory over Blackpool.
However, it is believed that his wage demands may have been too high and Hammers chairman David Gold tweeted: "Robert Green is a free agent he has chosen to move on, Matthew Upson
did the same thing."
Gold had said last month that the keeper was indispensable to the club ahead of a season back in the Premier League.
