Championship strugglers Charlton Athletic have reportedly agreed a deal to sign West Ham United teenager Reece Oxford on loan.
According to The Telegraph, 17-year-old Oxford will join the nearby Addicks on a deal for the rest of the season.
Oxford was thrust into the spotlight earlier this season when he starred in West Ham's surprise opening-day win over Arsenal in the Premier League.
He made three appearances in the first month of the season, but has played just once in the Premier League since under Slaven Bilic.
Charlton will hope that Oxford, who can play in either midfield or defence, can help move them out of the Championship's drop zone.
Oxford might be unhappy with the move after he simply tweeted out an angry-face emoji (😡) from his official account this afternoon.
