West Ham boss Slaven Bilic could make a move for compatriot Nikica Jelavic to ease his striker woes, according to reports.
With injuries sidelining star forwards Andy Caroll and Enner Valencia, HITC Sport claims that a move for the Hull City frontman could materialise if the Hammers fail to land any of their other targets.
Bilic handed the former Everton striker his international debut in 2009, when he was in charge of Croatia.
Despite signing the 29-year-old for a fee in the region of £7m, Hull are believed to be willing to sell if an offer of £3m comes in.
Jelavic has made 42 appearances for the Tigers, scoring 12 goals.
